Mold
My only real experiences with this fuzzy foe have been of the old produce varieties or the back-of-the-fridge leftover varieties. I have never done this one.
Yesterday, we discovered that our water heater has a slow leak. Evidently this has been going on for some time because the linen closet beside it has developed a blue-green colony. The wood is warped and all of the blankets were damp and moldy as well.
ICk!
I am most afraid of the spores somehow traveling into our lungs. I have to admit, I don't know much about this...I guess some research is in order.
We hate calling our land lords about these things because our rent is a steal and I'm sure they are no younger than 150...I guess a phone call is in order.
