    Friday Report Card

    Friday is supposed to be...

    Laundry day. Computer-free day. Heavy cleaning day. Aaron get home early day. Art with Basil day. Remebrance of Christ's death on the cross day.

    What is has turned out to be...

    Laundry day. Blog in the afternoon day. Vacuum broken but otherwise clean house day. Aaron get home early day? Make invitations for a "crab party with Basil day. Hurried but sincere prayers and a yearning heart day. Wear a headband day.

    Cute headband - did you make it? If so, what dimensions did you use? I'm about to sew up some fabric remnants into kerchiefs for church, and maybe I'll make some scraps into headbands!

    annie...yes, three! i can't believe it. now i know what adults always meant when they mentioned life flying by...i never got it until i had kids.

    arielle, I made the headband, I just kinda copied one I had. It ties at the neck and is just two pieces stitched right sides together and then turned and finished. good idea for using up those scraps!! i made some church scarves too. i did kerchiefs. let me know if you come up with any good ideas on those :)
